From leading criminal investigations as a Detective Sergeant with the Queensland Police to investigating fatalities, serious workplace incidents and complex regulatory matters across government and major industry, my career has been built on finding the truth, identifying systemic failures and helping organisations learn from events.

I've led investigations for Workplace Health and Safety Queensland, the Electrical Safety Office, Snowy Hydro 2.0 and major infrastructure and energy projects across Australia.

That experience has shaped one belief.
